  Corrían los años noventa cuando coincidió con la llegada al "insti". Oh! esa época tan maravillosa de la que tantas anécdotas podemos contar hasta decir basta.
  Recuerdo esos momentos con muchísimo cariño sobretodo porque es una época en la que empezamos a definir el estilo propio y decantarnos por alguna corriente o "tribu urbana" ( que así le llamábamos en el momento). Grupos había muchos pero creo que el que más me identificaba o así me lo hacían saber era el de "las pijas". Afortunadamente, vamos evolucionando y el estilo va variando aunque cada individuo tengamos identidad propia  y vamos mutando acorde a los tiempos ( años más tarde lo radicalicé a un estilo subversivo más underground, más grunge gracias a mi gran admiración por Nirvana).
 They were running the nineties when it coincided with the arrival of the "high school". Oh! This so wonderful epoch of which so many anecdotes we can count up to saying coarse sewing. I remember these moments with very much fondness overcoat because it is an epoch in which we start defining the own style and us praising for some current or " urban tribe " (that like that we were calling him in the moment). Groups there were many but I believe that the one that more was identifying me or this way they were making it know to me age that of " the cocks ". Lucky, we are evolving and the style is changing though every individual we have own identity (years later I it toughened to a subversive style more underground, more grunge thanks to my great admiration for Nirvana). 

  Después de esta breve historia personal, el tema a tratar hoy es esa tendencia que ha vuelto y  que recuerdo como los mejores años de mi adolescencia, cuando la tendencia era " ser pijo", a "la peña le molaba " causar admiración

  Gracias a Balenciaga han vuelto a venir a mi mente los recuerdos de esa década. Estilo clásico llevado al extremo dónde las prendas principales eran y son los vaqueros mum fits (501, era un pique tenerlos en todos los tonos porque los podíamos encontrar hasta en la gama más estridente de color), camisas blancas oversize ( si tu Padre se descuidaba pues le robabas una y listo), trajes sastre, americanas de cuadros siempre junto a sus fieles aliadas, las camisetas básicas blancas o gabardinas camel, plumas XXL, polos, deportivas blancas y como no el complemento por excelencia de pijo cien por cien: los mocasines, los oxford o  los náuticos.
Thanks to Balenciaga there have returned to come to my mind the recollections of this decade. Classic style led to the end where the principal articles were and they are the cowherds mum fits (501, it was a piqué to have them in all the tones because we could find them even in the most strident range of color), white shirts oversize (if your Father was careless so you were stealing one from him and I list), suits tailor, Americans of pictures always near his public inspectors allied, the basic white vests or gabardines camel, pens the XXLth, poles, sports whitly and as not the rich kid's excellent complement hundred for hundred: the moccasins, the oxford or the nautical ones.

 El logo, siempre importante, cuanto más grande mejor, creo que este ejemplo ha quedado patente en camisetas o cinturones de Gucci que tanta fiebre ha desatado pero no sin antes pasar por "la lista infinita de espera" para poder adquirirlo.
 The logo, always the bigger the better, I think that this example has remained clear in vests or Gucci's belts that so many fever has untied but not without before happening for " the infinite list of wait " to be able to acquire it.

  Los entendidos en la materia llaman a esta trend alert, según leí por ahí Prepster que viene a ser la mezcla del estilo preppy y hipster pero más suavizado. El caso es encontrar el equilibrio entre el estilo clásico y la tendencia.

Podíamos encontrar el mismo vicio en toda "buena pija" y era llevar tu jersey anudado a modo de bufanda, tu mochila y felpa de terciopelo burdeos ( que iba con todo)
