Miércoles 11 de julio, 08:00 a.m., cojo el tren rumbo a Madrid ( me acompaña mi hermano), me espera uno de los acontecimientos más importantes de la moda del país...Madrid Fashion Week pero si a eso le sumamos que Jorge Vázquez presentaba su colección para la próxima primavera/ verano 2019, #JVAngels, la expectación crece. Arropado por los suyos, comenzó el ESPECTÁCULO.
Wednesday July 11, 08:00 am, I take the train to Madrid (my brother accompanies me), one of the most important fashion events in the country, Madrid Fashion Week, but if we add that Jorge Vázquez presented his collection for the next spring / summer 2019, #JVAngels, the expectation grows.
Evidentemente Jorge Vázquez no defraudó, tiene las cosas claras, apuesta por una feminidad elegante pero a su vez cargada de tendencias. Sus propuestas le hicieron ganador del premio Lorea´l al mejor diseñador y no es para menos.
Obviously Jorge Vázquez did not disappoint, he has things clear, bets for an elegant femininity but at the same time full of tendencies. His proposals made him the winner of the Lorea'l award for the best designer and it's no wonder.Clothed by their own, the SHOW began.
Al entrar al desfile nos encontramos con un precioso jardín por el que pasearían las próximas tendencias estivales de 2019. Su colección "Angels" inspirada en los Angeles de Charlie o en Jackie Onasis nos evoca a la década de los 70´.
No podemos seguir una linea, las siluetas no están marcadas. Durante el día nos propone prendas estructuradas o muy fluidas y ligeras acompañadas de pañuelos en la cabeza y bolsos en metacrilato transparente apto para todos los looks; por las noches preciosos vestidos de tonos empolvados en gasa bordada, deliciosos tejidos brocados mostaza combinados en violeta o elegantes vestidos en tejidos metálicos ( los quiero todos). Además nos propone el zapato plano, gran acierto Jorge!
Upon entering the parade I found a beautiful garden where the next summer trends of 2019 would walk. His collection "Angels" inspired by Charlie's Angels or Jackie Onasis reminds us of the 70's.
We can not follow a line, the silhouettes are not marked. During the day we propose structured or very fluid and light garments accompanied by headscarves and bags in transparent methacrylate suitable for all looks; at night beautiful dresses powder-toned in embroidered gauze, delicious mustard brocade fabrics combined in violet or elegant dresses in metallic fabrics (I love them all). He also proposes the flat shoe, great success Jorge!
Reinventa el traje: kimono + pantalón en seda, vestidos asimétricos o el logo en prendas como vestidos o faldas (se puede decir que su colección es de lo más completa)

Sin lugar a dudas y aunque me cueste decantarme por uno de ellos, creo que sin lugar a dudas me enamoré al instante del traje sastre en color rojo con el pantalón de campana, fue pisar la pasarela y no poder despegar la vista de él, me eclipsó por completo.
Undoubtedly and although it costs me to opt for one of them, I think that without a doubt I fell in love instantly with the red tailor suit with the bell pants, it was to step on the catwalk and not being able to take off the sight of him, completely eclipsed.
Vázquez también presenta propuestas más urbanas, claro ejemplo de ello es la sudadera ( una más de sus colaboraciones con Samsung y tiene que ser mía) de neopreno combinada con la falda lápiz en brocados.

Although the icing on the cake was still to come, Jorge left the best for last, a wonderful taffeta coat combined with silk pants the same color as the same pattern.
Resumiendo, un desfile que realmente es una joya que tuve el privilegio de ver "in situ" y que me dejó alucinada. Siempre apostando por una mujer segura y elegante.
In short, a parade that really is a jewel that I had the privilege of seeing "in situ" and that left me hallucinated. Always betting on a confident and elegant woman.
